In 2025, Second Chances made significant strides serving our community. From helping hundreds secure bus passes, IDs, jobs, and housing to providing thousands of hot meals, hygiene packs, sleeping bags, tents, and more, your support helped individuals transition from crisis to stability. Together, we celebrated reunited families, increased access to sober living and temporary shelter, and numerous steps toward lasting transformation.
About US
Second Chances originally founded in 2017 as a 501c3 non-profit by Delisa Jones to provide dignity and opportunity to those reentering society after spending time in the prison system. The Thrift Store uses all proceeds to serve those in need. Providing all the resources needed for people to get on their feet. Aid in obtaining clothes, food, work, housing and updated ID’s plus counseling and rehab when needed. Second Chances is a Jesus based ministry seeking to serve the whole person through reentry.

FounderDelisa leads Second Chances started in 2017 through her relentless pursuit and care for wanderers. After her life struggles, she now takes every opportunity to love others
Tina Mccormack
Tina is a wife, mother and grandmother. She is retired from nursing and has been a CASA and foster mother. She has a heart for those in need and loves the ministry.

David Kaissling
David is a husband, father & grandfather. He is a retired Consumer products executive having a diverse Supply Chain career he now supports Second Chances ministry in its mission of re-rentry.
Finance/Administration
matt Martin
Matt has worked in mortgage banking and real estate for 35+ years. He is committed to the second chances ministry and the people and community we serve.

Piper finds purpose-filled work in helping hurting people - in her former work as an attorney and as manager of Edmond store. She enjoys visiting with customers and tries to love the person in front of her.
