SAVING LIVES DURING WINTER WEATHER

When a brutal winter storm approached OKC, Second Chances got busy saving lives by helping homeless people get into hotels. When you are willing to share so much to save so many, people notice. News9 did a feature story on Delisa's work to get people into safe warm rooms for a few nights.
