At Second Chances Thrift we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to serve and empower individuals struggling with homelessness, addiction, and difficult transitions in life.

ABOUT

Here at Second Chances Thrift, we believe that all people are worthy of a helping hand and a fresh start. While our store front looks like any other thrift store once you see our heart you will see we are much more than used clothing.

Second Chances is a Christian ministry called to serve and support individuals struggling with homelessness, addiction and recovery, and other difficult transitions. The goal is not only to restore their physical well-being, but to help them grow spiritually and to love them where they are to help them get where God wants them to be.

The best way to experience how Second Chances blesses people is to come by around lunch and sit on Delisa's couch getting to know her, her heart for the poor and broken, and her vision for bringing as many people out of poverty as possible.

HOMELESS OUTREACH

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources and relationships, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. THRIFT STORE

In addition to being a ministry that tries to restore people and connect them to God, we are a thrift store! We constantly need donations of gently used items, volunteers to sort donations, stock the shelves, and work at Second Chances. We also try to be a great source of low priced items for the community to be a great benefit to their lives and homes.

FEEDING HUNGRY PEOPLE

What does a Thrift Store do with food? We feed hungry people, of course! Come by any day we are open and we have food to give to people in need. We offer a meal, a conversation, and an invitation to take steps toward a better life. For those who are interested in more we do our best to provide a way out of homelessness.
