July–September 2025
During Q3 2025, our work intensified around survival services, reentry stabilization, and family reconnection during the peak summer months. The quarter reflected a high volume of food distribution, hygiene access, and mobile services, alongside expanded support for individuals transitioning from incarceration into treatment, housing, and employment. By meeting immediate needs while strengthening pathways to stability, our efforts supported both short-term safety and longer-term recovery, housing continuity, and community reintegration.

During Q2 2025, our organization responded to increased seasonal demand by delivering high-volume stabilization, reentry, and basic needs services while continuing to support pathways toward long-term stability. The quarter emphasized employment access, justice-involved reentry, emergency shelter, and mobility, alongside expanded nutrition, hygiene, and documentation assistance. By addressing immediate survival needs while reducing systemic barriers, our coordinated approach supported individuals in maintaining momentum toward housing, employment, and family reconnection.

Q1 2025 Accomplishments
January–March 2025
During Q1 of 2025, our work centered on stabilizing individuals during moments of transition while laying the groundwork for long-term progress. We provided more than 3,600 transportation supports, enabling access to employment, housing, medical care, court obligations, and family connections, while assisting over 420 individuals transitioning from incarceration through coordinated prison and county jail releases and bond support. Housing and shelter remained a critical focus, with emergency accommodations, sober living placements, and essential shelter supplies provided alongside 27 permanent housing placements that marked meaningful steps toward stability. We reinforced economic mobility through job placements, day labor opportunities, and work-readiness support, while addressing foundational barriers by distributing 4,100 hygiene packs, serving $21,600 in hot meals, and helping individuals secure critical identification documents. Throughout the quarter, we also prioritized restoration and connection, supporting 62 family reunifications and reinforcing the role of dignity, access, and community in building lasting change.

Q1 2024 Accomplishments
Q1 2024 marked a foundational period of growth and direct community care, highlighted by the expansion of the shop into a third suite and an increased focus on meeting immediate survival needs with dignity. The quarter emphasized food access, emergency shelter, clothing distribution, and documentation support, while also piloting crisis housing assistance for families with children. These efforts laid critical groundwork for the expanded stabilization, housing, and reentry services delivered in later quarters.

October–December 2023
Q4 2023 reflected a season of community-centered service, emergency stabilization, and visibility-building for the ministry. Efforts during the quarter balanced high-volume survival supports—such as shelter supplies, food access, hygiene, and transportation—with family housing, sober living placements, and youth-focused outreach. The quarter also marked growing community recognition through volunteer partnerships, school engagement, and local media coverage, laying important groundwork for expanded impact in 2024.
